Today, and it’s a Sunday, I borrowed a water blaster to try and make the co-op look a little nicer on the outside. It didn’t cross my mind to expect the landlord to get around to it.. I wore my daggy pjs – they dry quick. It was so busy. I meet two people from the Taxi place next door. One said that he is getting kids to paint pictures of taxis and he is going to put them up in his windows and get rid of the curtains we can see the back of – awesome. Aparently there is a group of young people trying to beautify the area, he is meeting them next week and will let me know! It’s the Taxi guys plants out side the building and he even pays a guy from BUWT to weed and sweep – even more awesome. He was so pleased I was doing it and offered me taxi chits – dunno what they are but how nice.
I also met two of our artist neighbors, one does immersive stuff on computers and would be fine to have kids visit.. And then a woman who has just opened a shop nearby said pop in she might have some stuff we could use. Earlier in the week we were visited by a guy from Venue Tech. Such a welcoming bunch. This is so awesome.
I’ll have to do some baking…
it’s starting come together inside too…
And we wanted a new inner tube for the unicycle and I just popped out and got one… walked around the corner!!
