Spring clean Whakatū is happening and we are going to make more garden planters to put out outside our front window – just to feel even more like a home! The neighbours from BUWT have offered some help and after my pervious two attempts I think I have a better design and method in mind. Hopefully the kids will be both banging some bits of wood together and painting the pallet planter so we can full them with both beautiful and edible plants.
And just because the alleyway looks a little drab we are going to make some giant cardboard flowers as a temporary and compostable art installation…
